“I've had to visit Express care multiple times for me and my children. It's very quick professional medical service. It's easy to set an appointment online and all you have to do is be there by your time ( which is always close to when you set it) go in, sign your paperwork and they call you right back. They will also take you if you don't have insurance and will not charge as much as a doctors office. One flat price pays for all medical attention and prescriptions if needed. They will also help you get the information you need to apply for medical insurance/assistance if needed.”

“I really like this place. It is always clean and well maintained. Lots of equipment so I've never had to wait. One thing I would like is if the lighting was a little less intense. It is too bright, especially first thing in the morning. And I thoroughly enjoy a massage after my workout. Another plus is free pizza on the first Monday night of the month, and bagels with coffee the second Tuesday morning of each month. Sometimes, not having to cook a meal is what allows me extra time to hit the gym. The gym is properly staffed, and the staff are pleasant. I highly recommend this gym”
