She was trying to meet a friend south of Baltimore and needed to have the car repaired in that vicinity. I did a web search and found this 5 star location, with great reviews AND they were open until 5:30pm on a Friday afternoon. They were very honest and helpful and made me feel so much better about the fact that they would be there to help when my daughter arrived. And, her experience there was phenomenal. Their prices are reasonable, and once they even diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me no charge. They can be a little busy, but this place has mechanics who will talk to you and not just try to sell you extra services. A much better experience than the dealer. They've earned my repeat business.”
