“I went to the dog beach today with my 2 children and dog . It was wonderful. The staff was very helpful when I called. They also gave us a map and clear directions when we arrived. The picnic area was clean and shady. ( no trash cans you have to clean up after yourselves ) There was lots of washed up natural debris from recent storms. ( some trash too). The trails were clearly marked and easy to navigate. We saw beautiful butterflies, frogs, heron and other wildlife. The beach was peaceful and we had the area to ourselves. It was a great place to spend an afternoon. The price tag of 3$/ car was a further incentive.”
