He has done service work on our cars and my mother-in-laws car. We followed Steve from another Ford dealership in the Woodlawn area of Maryland. When Steve moved to Al Packer my wife and I agreed following Steve was the best thing to do. Al Packer is about 30 miles from where we live vs six miles to the other dealership. When you find an honest service writer at a dealership what else could you ask for? If you own a Ford product and need service work and don't go see Steve at Al Packer you are putting yourself at risk for being taken advantage of. The other service writers and the team that greets you as you arrive have always been polite and friendly also. On a past visit I enjoyed talking to to guy that was in the Air Force. A man or woman that puts on one of the five uniforms of freedom is honorable.”
