Every estimate always came back a bit higher than anticipated; every time it went in for a simple oil change, there was something found. In short -- it became way too expensive. Dickie (the service manager) and his crew do an incredible job of servicing vehicles of all types. They are no nonsense and know their stuff. There aren't mysterious mark-ups on parts or labor. They know the local community and are able to get parts within the same day if needed. When they weren't able to find a part, they even allowed me to buy it off of eBay and have them install it. While the dealership may have a high end waiting room with TVs and wi-fi and free coffee, most of that is being paid for by you. Save yourself the time, money and hassle, and give Ed's a chance.”
