“I live in Harford County but work in Towson so I stopped by on my way for an oil change and brakes. Service was fast, they got me out so quickly! I'm always rushing around so I truly appreciated that. The technician even noticed that my over-head lights were not working when he opened the door, so he threw in a fuse for me! How thoughtful. Price was great compared to the other places I got a quote from. Thank you Michael & staff for taking good care of me! I will be back!”

“I was assigned Heavenly Cool for a warranty repair of my LG refrigerator purchased at Costco. I read these reviews and was so nervous about working with them, fearing I’d be fridge-less for a while. However, they were the opposite of these reviews. Instead, they were very professional and quick to respond. I spoke with Karen who was pleasant and helpful. The part was in stock and a repairman fixed it the very next day. I have a working fridge now. It was such an easy experience. Anyway... I wanted to at least provide a positive perspective on this company.”

“Excellent BLS Healthcare Provider class, the instructor Hilda, was well informed and professional!Class room instruction done in a relaxed setting. Reasonably priced for $65(Red Cross and other facilities more expensive) You watch a film, class instruction by Ms. Hilda on mannequins and AED , you do the return demonstration of CPR in front of instructor, take a post test (multiple choice questions), recieve your copy of CPR cert. same day and via email.”

“Mary Beth of Flowers by Flowers is an absolute delight. Not only is she incredibly skilled at arrangements, but she is so friendly and helpful. I was sad to hear that she is temporarily (hopefully!) putting her business on hold at the end of November 2018...so if you need any flower arrangements or bouquets of any kind before then, do NOT hesitate to go to Flowers by Flowers! Mary Beth has said she will continue to be in the Parkville community, and for our sakes, I hope after her break that she will reopen because she's truly a local community gem.”
