“I’ve been in the electrical business a long time, and Shepperd has always treated me decently, very helpful at the counter with never a complaint, deliveries usually take place early in the morning and I get both a text and an email plus the GPS coordinates as to where the truck is. Plus, I get a photograph of the material on the loading dock after the delivery is completed plus an email. There inside people are crazy knowledgeable… And their fill ratio is incredible, I’d say it was up to about 98% on any order most of the orders are 100% and rarely do they get an item wrong”
