I got charged and arm and a leg! I called in to complain and talked to Joe. He was very calm and understanding, no need to escalate or anything. I took the information moved things around and gave me a satisfactory refund in just a few minutes! This is what I call customer service. I'll call them the next time I need a truck!!!”
