Too make a long story short, after 5 hours of my Father's Day wasted in Carroll Island parking lot, the company finally honored the warranty. This is due mainly to the support and professionalism of Bree and Melissa. These two were phenomenal throughout the process. “This is the closest Dunkin to our home, but unless Wendy's working I don't like to get my latte because nobody ever makes it right besides her. They either don't add the sugar, don't put the whipped cream on top, or don't add the extra flavor that I paid for! By far Wendy makes the best cup of coffee I've ever had! From the regular coffee to the frozen coffee or lattes she makes the best of any type of coffee your heart desires! Plus a super huge bonus she is such a sweetheart too!”

“I have been here for about 3 years. I will definitely miss this place when we move to a house, bittersweet of course. Maintenance is very fast, might take longer if it's a complicated issue, but they have great communication when it comes to that. No rodents, just spiders!!. But may be because our building are surrounded by trees. They power wash them away from the building after you request it. Pool is beautiful, I wish the guest list was more people per household, it also would be nice to rent the space for parties. Quiet neighborhood, neighbors are nice and friendly. They were the ones who warn you about anything to watch out for, such as car thief's and strange folks. It always pays off to have nosey neighbors. :) But I do recommend living here, just try to get a good unit for you. (I'm basing that on the other reviews on here, not personal experience).”
