The inspection was thorough and he sent pictures of everything including the scan report for any codes. An amazing experience and if I am ever in Hartford I will be stopping by to meet Ron!”

“Carty's is a repair shop you can trust, simple as that. They are knowledgeable with many different types of vehicles and problems (we have a Jeep, Toyota, VW, and formerly a Ford). I've always received prompt, courteous service for a decent price, even when I show up unannounced with a vehicle in tow. 4 stars only because I dislike when places charge a $100 "diagnostic fee" to connect an electronic device for 2mins that does the work for them. I'm already spending several hundred $$$ in repairs, please don't find ways to make it more expensive. I can understand if someone comes in and asks for a full diagnostic, then takes their car and leaves, but don't do this to your repeat customers every time (rise above the scam shops profiting on this).”
