“Its great place to live. The buildings are clean and aesthetically pleasing. There are very nice floor plans. And just an overall good community. Sure, there can be problems from time to time. But the great thing about living here is that problems are seldom, and when they do occur the staff takes care of them very quickly! For example on one weekend a few months ago when we weren't home, our water heater broke. It made the carpet wet in the surrounding area. But once we notified them of the problem they sent someone to rectify the situation Within the hour, On a Sunday, when the office is actually closed! A new water heater was installed quickly that day and the carpet was taken up and new carpet was put down right after that. Honestly, the staff is amazing!”

“we moved into Bonnie Ridge 3 months ago. overall the place is really nice. Devin (she's so nice and shows she is concern about your wants and needs) was able to get me and my husband an updated apartment for a great price. overall everyone in the leasing office is pretty welcoming.. except one of the young ladies. I think her name it Tia or Latia, I got the impression shes pretty rude. I always avoid talking to her or seeking her for help because she's not to friendly or even concern to help others for their needs. My husband has mentioned that she has been rude to him the times he has came to the leasing office. I work as an office manager and we always strive to be kind and helpful to others regardless of whatever personal/work issues we have going on. Overall we love the place.”
