Nancy thinks of the little details that make a trip better. For example, she introduced us to the joy of being met at a foreign airport by a driver to deliver us to the hotel, only slightly more expensive than finding our own way to the hotel, but so much less stressful, a wonderful way to start a trip. Everyone we have interacted with over the years at World Travel Service has given us the same excellent, reliable service. We can not imagine traveling without their help and advice.”

“The food at Ginza is always excellent. But I recently had an incident where the wrong food was delivered by my Grub Hub driver. I called the restaurant to alert them of the error, and the manager called the driver, while also sending me the correct number so we could sort of the mix up. She followed up with me until I got the correct order and was satisfied with my meal. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The manager was excellent. I’m pleased to remain a happy customer!”
