“this is a follow-up to my first review. Since posting the review a few weeks ago the owner of the company has stepped up and made things right. Still not sure why we had such incredible communications issues in the beginning but they have been resolved completely. Although I can't give them a five-star rating at this time they are well on their way to redemption. I will continue to compare their service to my last merchant processing provider but expect no difficulties at. As long as everything remains seamless and my rates are as expected I will leave another Google review in the future to back this one up. at this point I would recommend this company for merchant processing. Original review: Great rates advertise but difficulties in setting up the card reader & I have been ghosted by my acct rep. Called customer service number for help they denied responsibility for the issue and transfered me to the company that actually does the processing. That company also denied accountability for the issue. Will see what happens next. I was told the acct rep is the only person who can close this acct and he is not returning any calls or emails.”
