“While all facilities come with its challenges like this one does, I have to say Holly Hill is changing for the better. My mom has been here for over a year now, and the food as gotten better, the foul smell is gone, unless it happens to be around changing time. The building is usually kept clean. and the floors are mopped and waxed on a regular. Most of the staff members are very nice. My mother doesn't have bed sores, she is clean and dry most of the time, wears headphones for music therapy, and recognizes most of the staff who cares for her. The memory care 2nd floor staff is being trained about dementia. All three floors have new flat-screen TV's. The facility reached out to the community and had a great carnival last summer. The 2019 Thanksgiving party for residents and family was awesome. It is not perfect but the staff and the director of Holly Hill are making positive strides.”
