Great price and exceptional customer service start to finish. Floors Etc Outlet was one of the few places I could find a particular tile I wanted, and (strangely) one of the only companies I could find that would take responsibility for any damage to the tiles before/during shipping. This turned out to be important because some tiles in the first shipment were broken — but within just a couple of days, FEO sent a fresh shipment of replacement tiles at no extra cost and they arrived in perfect condition. I can't say it enough: fantastic service. Thank you!
