I stuck with Natalie lost 35 lbs over time and now I hardly limp, can do step with 1 sometimes 2 risers, can squat without difficulty almost to the floor and can lift as much as 30 lb free weights. I thank her daily for being a great fitness instructor and for providing a loving environment to exercise in. Great place with great people. It's a family vibe for sure.”
