From my first visit the office staff was personable and efficient. I was also happy that I felt no discomfort when getting the braces on or during the periodic adjustments. On one occasion, Dr. Scornavacca met me at his office on a day that his office was closed to cut a wire that was sticking into my gum. The office staff is delightful. Each staff member is friendly and very professional. I was always accommodated when I needed to change an appointment due to a work commitment which was very helpful. I also don't remember waiting more than 10 minutes to be seen for an appointment. I recently met Dr. Park and found him to be caring and personable. My teeth look great! I wish I had done this years ago. ”
