Called and set up an appointment after my wife saw one of their trucks on the road. Overall it's been a great experience dealing with Carroll Water Systems. Very professional and straightforward. Charlie is very down to earth and professional plus he is an experienced chemist. He explained each step of the test, what he was looking for, allowable ranges for what he found in my well water, and made the process easy to understand. The technicians that came out were great and answered all my questions. Matt and his apprentice were professional and personable. They made sure I understood my new water softener before they left. They even made references back to what Charlie told them to ensure my system was set up per his instructions (things like water hardness and so on). I would definitely recommend people consider Carroll Water Systems if they need their water tested or system checked out. I will be reaching out again at some point to upgrade my pH neutralizer.”
