(January 18, 2019, 2:46 pm)Tiara, Nick , and Willie were very nice and accommodating ! They explained everything very clearly and made signing up very easy and pleasant. I highly recommend this location. The customer service however on the phone is a disaster. I had a $30 late fee in my first month and customer service would not waive it ! Not a good first impression ! I will be moving to Self Storage up the street ASAP. It is not nice to treat customers like this. So beware.. You can get a late fee in your first month !!!

(November 5, 2018, 6:30 pm)Marnie was terrific. She was incredibly busy and was handling a lot of customers and phone calls. When it was my turn to ask questions and decided which unit to rent she was extremely helpful. Her customer service was outstanding. I would also like to add a nice comment about Tiara. We needed extra help with moving my in laws things to a new larger unit and she made the process easy and pleasant. She was patient and kind to my in laws and we really appreciate her excellent customer service.
