Upon entering there was an irrate customer at the counter who wanted a refund for a drink, however did not have a receipt or a debt card that the drink was purchased on. The gentleman at the counter, Omar, showed extreme patience and care with his reponses and attempted to explain the policies regarding refunds. All of his responses we calm. He even went as far as contacting the manager at the request of the customer. Truly, he is a gem. Having individuals that show this level of customer service is amazing.”

“Jim did an amazing job with two of our rugs! He came out, did an estimate, talked to us about how our rugs were made and how he was going to clean them. He then rolled them up and took them to his shop. He sent us videos of the rugs being cleaned. He then brought them back in like new condition and re "installed" them into the room. Great prices. Great quality. You are in great hands with Jim and his crew. Would highly recommend and would use for all of my future rug cleaning needs.”
