Upon entering there was an irrate customer at the counter who wanted a refund for a drink, however did not have a receipt or a debt card that the drink was purchased on. The gentleman at the counter, Omar, showed extreme patience and care with his reponses and attempted to explain the policies regarding refunds. All of his responses we calm. He even went as far as contacting the manager at the request of the customer. Truly, he is a gem. Having individuals that show this level of customer service is amazing.”

“It’s a bookstore. All new books. Some gifts (reading socks-whatever that is). Well organized. Clean. Tables and shelves and knowledgeable book people to assist you. Still not seamlessly connected to the Metaverse. I bought a book that I had not heard of, needed, and would like to have an electronic version, or at least the ability to highlight and share. Not there yet. Recent move from the old larger Bibelot site that had a large coffee shop. And better parking. Still, the new parking lot has electric chargers, and plenty of food choices. For coffee? Now one needs to be satisfied with the Starbucks next door if you can’t wait to dive into your purchase.”

He was able to take care of my issue within less than 3 minutes of time time. I had been on the phone with AT&T for assistance since 8:30 this morning. After hours of getting absolutely nowhere, I finally went to my local AT&T store at 5:15pm. It was 5:20 when I walked out with all of my business taken care of. Jonathan was kind, courteous, understanding, professional, respectful, knowledgeable & most importantly, he addressed my concerns and resolved all of my issues.
