“I visited this location yesterday. Upon entering there was an irrate customer at the counter who wanted a refund for a drink, however did not have a receipt or a debt card that the drink was purchased on. The gentleman at the counter, Omar, showed extreme patience and care with his reponses and attempted to explain the policies regarding refunds. All of his responses we calm. He even went as far as contacting the manager at the request of the customer. Truly, he is a gem. Having individuals that show this level of customer service is amazing.”
