Upon entering there was an irrate customer at the counter who wanted a refund for a drink, however did not have a receipt or a debt card that the drink was purchased on. The gentleman at the counter, Omar, showed extreme patience and care with his reponses and attempted to explain the policies regarding refunds. All of his responses we calm. He even went as far as contacting the manager at the request of the customer. Truly, he is a gem. Having individuals that show this level of customer service is amazing.”

“Been here 5 years 🥰 It’s a nice place to live but if you have children in live here they need A decent nice playground with swings and it needs to be shut down at a certain time at night lock it down at a certain time so it don’t get destroyed,,,,,,, they need to put locks on all doors and entrance as you come in the building the children should not be playing in hallways and also in every building it should be a washer in a dryer my opinion they need some kind of recreation for the kids as well because maybe they won’t be so destructive and it would be nice if we had a built-in pool as well with fence up lock at certain time in the summer because this is a lovely place to live and they need to Do some remodeling inside of the apartments like change the door knobs on the bedroom doors the bathroom doors as well everything just looks so out of date the rent gos up every year but like I said it’s really not a bad place to live they need a lot more lighting around here at night time and cameras as well they need to secure this place more like with more light poles cause it’s dark in here at night time and they need to put new air conditioners in the walls in the living room because they do be smelling like mildew so we do need new ACs put in as well other than that it’s nice to live in Apt or town home they have washer in Dryer in the basement in the townhouse it’s all nice One wall is the best they work with you very nice people in the Maintenance is the best You call them they’re here 🤷🏻‍♀️”

“I have been with Port Recovery for about a year and a half now. I've had sessions with Alana, Elaine, Courtney, Joanne, and Carol. I also had M-F 9am group sessions as well when I was on probation. I like the place enough that I've decided to stay with them after probation to keep seeing Ms. Cook as my psychiatric nurse practitioner. The welcoming environment is exactly what I need, and most likely you too. I was referred to Port Recovery from my Probation Officer. I got into trouble by wrecking my car into a ditch while sleep driving on Ambien. I couldn't remember a thing, only waking up in the hospital. So, I stopped taking extra Ambien even if I can't fall asleep back in February 2020. Now, I'm getting help at Port Recovery with my severe anxiety, depression, and PTSD issues. Best place I've been to for those issues, and being able to see all the professionals I need under one roof is perfectly convenient. Everyone is on the same page! Good luck to everyone else!!!
