“As I finished writing the 1999th word of my 2000-word essay, my computer died. After some investigation, I thought it must be the charging port. I did a quick "Find laptop repair near me", and Basic Computers was the closest one to my location. When I described the problem, Geoff knew what brand my computer was, and told me exactly how he would fix it. When I brought it over to his shop, he was very pleasant, took my deposit (which happened to be the full amount since it was so reasonable), looked at the laptop for a moment, and confirmed our suspicion. He let me know that if he needed to order a part, it would be three days, if not, it would be 24 hours. The following day he called me to say it was ready to pick up! I was unable to get there until after his business hours. Thankfully he was able to accommodate. I went to pick up my laptop and found it had been cleaned top to bottom! I'm sure it was a chore, as I know how dirty it was and I'm not proud of it, but there was no extra charge! As long as I live in Baltimore and keep hanging on to my old Toshiba, Geoff has my business. I'm glad I found him!”

“Catonsville Engine and Transmission has repaired all of my vehicles for over 5 years. From complete transmission replacement, brakes, new tires, oil changes etc... I can't imagine going anywhere else. Friendly service, very fair prices and never any "extra charges" like the other guys.
