**Change From a 1 Star**
I had been going to Seabert eye care for a hot minute and during my most recent visit I had switched insurance plans from my parents to my own. However, because my father holds the same name as myself, there was a mix-up with insurance plans and the wrong one ended up being used causing a cascading effect of myself owing a large sum of dollars. Hoping that my original insurance would cover the cost, I filled an out-of-network form and sent it in only to be told that because I got checked for contacts a month ago and that the contact appoints was less than 12 months out from my appointment with Seabert Eye Care that they would cover a whooping 0 of said dollars. Frustrated with the long process and the new debt I acquired, I left a 1 star rating that, although made me feel a little better, was not rightly deserved. Since then, Seabert Eye Care offered to rectify the situation and cover the cost, to which I was surprised, ashamed, and delighted all at the same time. Dr. Seabert and his staff are excellent. If you find yourself looking for a professional team to take care of your eyes, you've found them.

This store and all it's employees are absolutely amazing! Because of surgery in both eyes last year, my prescriptions are hard to nail down the first time and may take several exams to get it correct.

Best eye doctor I’ve ever been to. The entire staff was nice and made great conversation. The doctor himself was very polite and thorough. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get myself to put in contacts but they were very understanding and still tried to help with the best of their ability. Not to mention their high tech machines that made my visit very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend them!

The office and the staff are great. Dr. Seabert provides an excellent exam and is very thorough. Wasn't pressured into buying super expensive glasses. They worked with my budget and got me what I needed. Thank you. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
