“WOW! I'm a bit of newbie to the whole music world and have not had the best experiences at some of the "corporate" music stores. This place was like a breath of fresh air! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, very impressive store and most importantly I was treated like a new friend instead of "another mid-life crisis guitar player". Kaylee assisted me before my visit and then Kevin helped me at the store. I was interested in one particular guitar they had in stock (the only place in DFW that had it) and when I arrived Kevin had it completely set up and ready to try out! I'm 50+ so I actually remember what real customer service is and apparently these people do as well. Kevin was a true pleasure to deal with and did not make me feel like a "sales target". I bought the guitar and could not be happier with the whole experience. I drove an hour to get there and would do it again. Keep up the good work and thank you so much again.”

“Very clean and well stocked store. I shop at Harbor Freight regularly, but this was my first stop at this particular store, and I was very impressed. The employees were very professional and friendly. The checkout line was long as usual in Harbor freight, but it didn't take long to make it through. I live in another town with a Harbor freight that is very pitiful in comparison to the newer stores such as this one.”

“Simply my favorite place to eat when a guest comes to town or we are celebrating with family. The Storybook design transports you into feeling like you’re eating in an adventure land. The service is always A+ with friendly demeanor, recommendations, and quick help. Our server (Tristan?) was excellent making sure we had everything we needed, refills, and plenty of food! We ordered, chicken tenders, roasted chicken and a kids chicken fried steak. We were delighted to hear the hostess Giana sing and had a great time with our family who left full and had fun!”

“From day 1 I knew I would be happy here. This place feels like home. Brighton is very helpful & welcoming. She, Carlie, & Kelsie keep everything in order here. If I have a question, they have an answer. Maintenance Requests are handled quickly. Sebastian, Fabian, & Michael are helpful & you can tell they know their job. Auberge of Burleson is kept clean, has a wonderful, fully equipped workout room, & a lovely swimming pool. Since I’ve lived here, I’ve not been disturbed by loud music or the life going on around me, the walls must be thick, lol. Residents are kind & respectful. The Valet Trash service is a plus, they don’t get the credit they deserve for the job they do. Yes, I am proud to call this home. I even like when the Burleson Police stroll by, it’s a good safe place to live & the staff works hard to keep it that way…the various events for the residents is a treat!!! Thank you, keep up the good work!!!”

“First, I have dealt with home warranty companies and their contractors through three houses so far and each time it's a mixed bag. This experience has been far above expectations. I placed the service order with 2-10 at 2130 on Thursday. At 0800 on Friday Nicole called me. She was polite, professional, and accommodating. I was able to have a technician out that day. The gentleman who came correctly identified and repaired my broken bathtub drain, that was in the second floor bath. The leak caused damage to the ceiling and wall below. He was thoughtful enough to contact a different company that evaluates the extent of water damage. Because he contacted them promptly, a technician came out that same day, at no charge, and offered particle and helpful advice. I will contact elite plumbing for help even after my home warranty contract has expired.”
