“From day 1 I knew I would be happy here. This place feels like home. Brighton is very helpful & welcoming. She, Carlie, & Kelsie keep everything in order here. If I have a question, they have an answer. Maintenance Requests are handled quickly. Sebastian, Fabian, & Michael are helpful & you can tell they know their job. Auberge of Burleson is kept clean, has a wonderful, fully equipped workout room, & a lovely swimming pool. Since I’ve lived here, I’ve not been disturbed by loud music or the life going on around me, the walls must be thick, lol. Residents are kind & respectful. The Valet Trash service is a plus, they don’t get the credit they deserve for the job they do. Yes, I am proud to call this home. I even like when the Burleson Police stroll by, it’s a good safe place to live & the staff works hard to keep it that way…the various events for the residents is a treat!!! She recommended that I write a letter to the buyer which sealed the deal, she gave me an amazing gift at closing, she did a lot of research for me on the properties and was able to show me many houses. She caught a few really important discrepancies and administrative errors with my mortgage team and from the other realtor/seller which saved me time and money. She was persistent and assertive when she needed to be with all vendors, the other realtor, mortgage, title, etc. Out of all the realtors I have used she was by far the best and I recommend her even over the “big name” “high producing” local agents that are lazy and have teams that do all of the heavy lifting for them. “I needed to sell my home in Burleson after moving back and deciding to stay in Ohio. I currently had renters and I was concerned on when to sell because I wasn’t going to make them move before their new house was built. He was able to do a ‘short sale’ (I think that is what it is called) and the family was able to stay as needed also because of buyer. Mr. Owen met with me when I took my final road trip back to The Lone Star State to retrieve the rest of my belongings in the attic and shed. He explained to me that this type of sale may not get exactly the price I wanted but there was no haggling and it would not adversely affect the wonderful family that was renting my property. Mr. Owen was able to sell my home in less than a week. Initial forms were signed online, then a third party was hired to come to my house in Ohio, to sign official documents. I’ve never sold a home before and Michael could not have made the process any easier. Michael is the type of person that no matter what he is doing, he wants everyone to live an abundant life. I first met Michael when he was Officer Owen. He patrolled the neighborhood late at night when I used to walk my Rottweiler, Hank. “I had recently went to car point auto group because I was in desperate need of a vehicle after I lost my car to a car accident. When I found a 2019 Hyundai Kona SEL online I decided to call the dealership to see if the car was available still and if I can test drive it. A gentleman named Nomaan helped me out through the whole process and set me up with a day to come see the car. Also because I was a few days out still to settling the dispute on my older car with my car insurance company, they were gracious enough to help me get the car still and gave me 2 weeks to be able to settle the money I needed for the down payment. All that to say that Nomaan and the guys down at Car Point Auto Group are top class and always try to work with you in any way they can possible. Great prices, great cars and great customer service!
