Hannah was very accessible, easy to work with, always pleasant, and knowledgeable. She recommended that I write a letter to the buyer which sealed the deal, she gave me an amazing gift at closing, she did a lot of research for me on the properties and was able to show me many houses. She caught a few really important discrepancies and administrative errors with my mortgage team and from the other realtor/seller which saved me time and money. She was persistent and assertive when she needed to be with all vendors, the other realtor, mortgage, title, etc. Out of all the realtors I have used she was by far the best and I recommend her even over the “big name” “high producing” local agents that are lazy and have teams that do all of the heavy lifting for them. It was good to know Hannah was handling everything throughout the process.

Cassie and her team were fantastic. Our situation was a complicated out of town estate sale in Burleson but regardless, Cassie was always responsive, professional, and patient. Her evaluation of the home was spot on in terms of what needed to be done and asking price. She delayed the listing a week to get better visibility and it paid off. We had over 60 showings that weekend, 12 offers and it sold well over asking price. She continued to work with us through the cumbersome aspects of finalizing the sell and transfer of the estate. I would not hesitate to recommend or use her company again, nothing could have been done better.

Tim and Cassie were amazing through the entire process. We sold a family home, with some estate complications, and bought our dream home with them! They helped us every step of the way, explaining the process, making updates as necessary, and looking at many, many houses before we found our dream home!
