“Once I walked in, the office processed everything from check in to discharge with professionalism, security, and efficiency. Though my wait was approximately an hour, that's pretty good and average for your typical walk-in clinic. I did not have an appointment, though you can make them in advanced. My time there was done in four parts: check in, obtain vitals, meeting the doctor (Dr Drew Fuller today), and discharge. Each time the staff explained exactly what they were doing and listened to my explanations of why I was there. Every nurse, doctor and office manager, was friendly, patient and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised to know that someone managed the discharge and reconfirmed what your diagnosis was. That helps reaffirm the doctor's diagnosis and also helps me see that trust is built across every team member. Great visit, keep it up and thanks again.”
