(January 11, 2019, 2:35 pm)I had the opportunity to capture a wedding at Chesapeake Beach Resort & Spa, and was blown away by how beautiful everything was! My couple had a very rainy wedding day, with the news calling for severe storms & wind, but the resort still made sure their requested outdoor ceremony was stunning and comfortable despite the weather. So many beautiful spots for pictures- the hotel rooms are clean and spacious for getting ready portraits, a beach style area for ceremony/ portraits & a beautiful pier with boats in the background. The reception space is large with a spacious bar, large dance floor & the food was incredible! I would recommend any couples wanting a beautiful, waterfront wedding to check out this venue!
(December 4, 2018, 3:59 pm)My mom and I visited the spa for a deluxe pedicure 3 days ago. The front desk staff at the spa quickly checked us in and offered us a beverage (coffee & water). We were then greeted by one of our technicians (Nicole) who took us back to the pedicure station. They both did a great job on our nails and made us feel super welcomed. I would definitely recommend checking out the salon & spa for a pedicure if your visiting or even if you live nearby.
(November 30, 2018, 1:44 pm)My wife & I had our wedding at Chesapeake Beach Resort & Spa Sept. 21st, 2018 and it was absolutely perfect! The ceremony under the Wedding Dome was beautiful and lent itself to some great pictures! We could also take a bunch of formal pics on the beach area which was another great spot. Sarah Komar (Director of Catering & day of coordinator) was a pleasure to work throughout the entire planning process making sure we had everything we wanted, all our questions were answered, and kept everything moving & on schedule during the big day. It was without question the best day of our lives & we can't recommend it enough to other couples about to tie the knot!
(October 21, 2018, 10:11 pm)Stayed overnight while on a work retreat. Overall enjoyed the hotel. The room was well-equipped, the staff were all nice and helpful, and the location is wonderful. The whole area is under renovation/construction. There is limited parking, but free valet service (although those who used it said it took forever to get their cars). The views from the rooms of the bay are fantastic!!!
