“Excellent customer service! They forgot to include a combo meal and I only realized this when I got home. When I went back Shanika was extremely kind, courteous and professional in her demeanor and conduct in terms of fixing the situation. Normally we see negative reviews when stuff like this goes wrong but I feel like in this situation the management made me feel more appreciated at this establishment than if things didn’t go wrong.
