“These guys are awesome. They actually want to help as opposed to many Postal Employees at different offices in the area. We have a consolidated mailbox tree which has 2 oversized lockers where they'll put bigger packages and the put the key I your own box. Well through some careful observations and quick analytic wit, I determined that a package I had been waiting on which was showing as delivered with tackling was in the locker but they never provided a key to knew. I went to the Post Office and explained my assessment. Much to my surprise and delight, one of the personnel followed me back to my neighborhood to test my theory. He opened it and there was what I was looking for! But the point is that they went out of their way, well beyond what I expected, and too care of be that day!”
