Overall we had a good experience working with Vadim. He is knowledgeable and likes to talk about the weapons he sells. The biggest take aways are as follows. Cons: Hours of operation are not true, by appointment only. Very hit or miss with messaging on social media pages but this is a good method to get his contact information. Probably because they do business in person on Market St. I've used them since 2015 and found them responsive, and easy to work with. They've had a local presence for decades under Jeff Wright, and their services have continued with their current team. They know the area, the pricing, rents, and various local city services and regulations really well. When I call them to fix something, it gets fixed. I'm not part of their team, just a customer.”

“I called in to see their availability for a "simple" black line design. Pat was able to get me in later that day and did a phenomenal job. My tattoo is basically healed at this point and the lines are crisp. We ended up going slightly larger than I first anticipated because of the design but it was a great call. He was also very professional but made the overall experience comfortable and pleasant. The shop was clean and organized. I was very impressed and will be continuing to go back for my future tattoos.”

Hall of the Denton Police Department were the only people who ever took our situation seriously and helped my son and I. All other law enforcement agencies did nothing.
