“I have a horse farm in Maryland and Michael Runk Plumbing and Heating has been our "go to guy" for several years. From replacing hydrants, to replacing and draining water filters, to fixing leaks, faucets, and even at the house finding a very pesky leak from a shower drain through a ceiling! He tries to arrive on time and really tries to give us realistic estimates and days he can be here to work. Mostly he (or his staff) arrive on the day scheduled, or can fit us in earlier. We are always impressed with the professional attitude and work. If he cannot get here in a timely manner, he lets us know, and we plan accordingly. Sometimes there are far greater problems than ours, so we prepare until he can arrive. We have not been disappointed.”

“Called with an emergency (broken sump pump on a rainy day). Their crews were all booked, but Debbie took the time to provide alternative phone #'s for plumbers they recommended. Also said that if a crew returned early they would give me a call to see if help was still needed. She went "above and beyond" trying to help, whereas other people I called simply said "no, we are booked. Sorry." Kudos to Debbie for great customer service.”
