“We had them replace our roof about 10 years ago. They were great. Soon after the new roof, we started getting water leaking into the house. They must have come out 10 times to try to figure it out. It turns out that the leak had nothing to do with the roof. They finally found and replaced some rotting wood around the chimney, and the leaking stopped. Since then we have replaced several other pieces of rotting wood so we know ithe problem was not their work at all. They also only charged us for the thing they fixed that finally worked. We haven’t had any problems with the roof.”

“Some time even the best of intentions get derailed. We visited for the first time, we were very impressed with the decor in the dinning room. We ordered dinner after ordering my wife was informed that they sold out. She ordered a different entree however it was not to her liking after trying to recook the meal and still not satisfied she ordered another entree. It arrived well after I had finished my excellent dinner. She was very pleased with the new entree. As we were waiting for her new dinner the owner came out and apologized for the inconveniences. He took the time to ask about us and where we lived and what we did for a living, giving a personal touch to the evening. As we finished our evening and given the check imagine the surprise and shock when our bill had been greatly discounted when we offered to pay the entire amount the waitress informed us that because they didn't have what we ordered the problem with the meal and that we didn't eat together the bill had adjusted. We will be going back to enjoy the excellent food and great service. Just because things don't work out doesn't mean a establishment is bad, just may be having a bad day.”

“Dr. Wiles is a great vet. His farm call prices are reasonable with the prices of gas and vehicle maintenance, and his prices for general health maintenance are also very reasonable. He is compassionate and will help you understand what is going on with your horse! Great with equine dentistry (one of the few vets that does it), and really enjoys his work. His 24-hour emergency services are also helpful, and he promptly returns calls. Always willing to give estimates for potential procedures. I've never regretted switching to him. ”
