“My wife and I have taken three of our vehicles to Freedom Automotive for various checks and repairs over the past two years. I'm one of those guys that knows enough about vehicles to be suspicious of any automotive repair shop and their work recommendations. My previous experience is that they consistently overstate or even invent things that need to be repaired. I've experienced this way too many times. Freedom Automotive has truthfully changed my thinking. I've always expected to hear what truly needs to be fixed, but I also expect to be told of a whole collection of newly discovered 'pseudo' problems. These guys have proven multiple times that they don't subscribe to this scrupulous business model. They give you the honest truth...what really needs to be repaired and nothing more. They carefully explain what needs to be repaired, what can wait and what to watch for - how refreshing!! Freedom Automotive and their team subscribe to a different business model...tell you the TRUTH, and let that honesty make you a loyal customer. In the end, they have my trust and my repeat business.
