“These guys were subbed out by the company we have an HVAC contract with so there wasn't any institutional history with them, and that meant we weren't negotiating any prices because of any long-standing maintenance policies. That said, they were willing to work with us a bit on price, but more so, the plumber they sent out (Kenny) was very professional and able to fix our problem. He had that good balance between wanting to get the work done and not wanting to rush through it, which meant he solved the issue correctly and completely. So all in all, thumbs up.”
