2nd Family

My family enlisted the help of 2nd family to help my grandparents. My grandmother has Alzheimer’s and dementia and it became too much for my grandfather to handle her alone. The compassion and care we received throughout the process was amazing. We are in Virginia and my grandparents are in Maryland so we wanted to be sure they’d be cared for until we could get them moved here with us. 2nd Family not only cared for my grandparents but they recognized and acknowledged our feelings as well. They listened patiently and took time to speak with us about the process. I’m thankful also for the caretakers they sent to spend time with my grandmother. It gave my grandfather a much needed respite during that time. Thank you 2nd Family team! If I had to make this same choice again, I’d choose you again. Keep up the great service! You ARE appreciated.

Currently work for them now & all I can say is I’ve never felt so welcomed from a job in my life . They are very professional and good people . They know how to treat their caregivers and look out for them. I have no plans on leaving them ! The best company I’ve ever worked for

I dont know about you but I was sick and tired of feeling as though I didn't matter in my previous job. I would work long hours with little to no appreciation. I always say money is nice but will only make you happy for so long. I needed a job where the environment would be healthy and encouraging.
