Heather checked me in and was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Dr Wilson was very friendly and explained everything throughout the exam, answering all my questions knowledgeably and even pointed out an issue with my contacts that other eye drs had previously ignored. Then Bryan helped me order glasses and contacts and was another friendly member of the team, explaining all my insurance benefits and patiently helping me try on several frames. Unlike experiences at other vision stores, I never felt rushed, confused, or pressured to buy anything. Their COVID cleaning procedures were clear and happened seamlessly as part of the appointment.
