Calling a funeral home or crematorium is never an easy or enjoyable task. Dealing with the death of a loved one or pet is awful. Going Home made this difficult process bareable. There communication was amazing. We had a delayed autopsy and Alyson sent me an email every single day for almost two weeks to keep me updated on the status. She was sympathetic, kind, helpful, and understanding. She went above and beyond to help us though this time. I hope to not have to call anytime soon but if i do, i know that they will take good care of us. Also. They have one of the lowest cremation prices around.

My experience from start to end was incredible. From preparing paperwork and arrangements before my dad passed and feeling weird about it , until the preparations for homegoing service, everyone was very loving, helpful and understanding. My experience with Going Home Cremation Service was extremely positive and efficient. Keely handled everything efficiently by phone and on-line. I was notified when my husband's remains and death certificates were ready. Alyson met me when I went to pick-up everything. While I was waiting, I saw clock urns in the showroom that were perfect for myself and my three sons. Alyson very graciously repacked everything to include the clocks. Alyson was very caring and patient during this very emotional time for me. I could not have asked for a better process from start to finish than what I experienced at Going Home.
