He introduced himself when we walked in and was very helpful in answering our questions, but we felt no pressure as we took our time picking out a new sofa and chairs for our TV room. After we made our choice, Paul filled out the paperwork for our purchase and clearly explained the details involving financing and delivery. The furniture was delivered on time and by a careful and considerate crew. When we realized that we needed to return two tables that were nice but too big for our room, Paul helped us make those arrangements for pick up as well. Overall, a great experience!”

Not only was the pattern on the fabric I chose difficult (zig-zag stripe), but the chairs weren't really designed to be reupholstered. As if that wasn't enough, I decided to paint the chair frames in the middle. This barely caused a ripple in the process of getting the chairs redone. Pat and her team proved that no job was too challenging -even one stopped in the middle to make time for paint to dry. We liked them because their sheds seem to be excellent quality as is typical with Amish sheds, they are highly customizable, affordable, and the folks working there we very knowledgeable and helpful. Our shed arrived about a month ago. It was delivered on time, is well built, and is exactly what we ordered. We had a fairly customized order including a metal roof with plexi panels to allow more natural light in the shed. We used Bedrock Foundations (recommended by Red Rose) for our site-prep, and they did a super job, too. Highly recommend this company. We would certainly use them again.”

I found Furniture Medic online, and it was easy to set up the appointment. I sent him pictures of my cabinets and we agreed on a day. He also gave me a rough estimate. He arrived on time, and worked for over 5 hours on the cabinets and two doors which had been ripped off by my sweet lab. The results were amazing. It is like having a new kitchen! They re-assembled the table and setup the propane fire pit so we could verify it worked correctly. They were very courteous and professional. Our overall experience was excellent, and we plan to return when we are ready to furnish our new front porch.”
