It's very much a family like atmosphere. You will learn real kickboxing and work on the bags. This isn't like those jazzercise-style pretend kickboxing workouts that are out there. I lost over 25lbs in 6 weeks. Definitely recommend!”

A couple of the nurse practitioners left over the years & I was so worried about getting someone new. Crystal saw me last time I was there & she was wonderful, I have no complaints at all. I have horrible anxiety about doctors & exams but I always feel comfortable here & well taken care of. Not sure why anyone would speak poorly of this office.”
