“These Nurses, and Gna’s are right up with the tops of the top.I’ve been here 12 days in the rehab unit. I couldn’t find anything that comes remotely close to the experience here. Everyone tries their bast to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. There are so many people who work here it’s hard to Single anyone out. Wills is the Assistant administrator. Who makes it his place to help if there big or small.problems I have had no issues here. The staff is commendable for the effort. You will discover that they check in with each patient several times a day. The call button is answered with in minutes. I have to say that I seen swift and immediate response if there is a problem. I have seen from my perspective that almost every problem that I have seen are from “ Agency Fill employee’s.Birch Manor masses. Them leave and not return. Birch Manor works hard to make sure that their employees stand up to their standards. If you don’t want to give %100 on any patients positive stay here. And they really don’t tolerate anything less then that————then you don’t belong here. They are weeding out the bad seeds and have many flower's in their place.”

“I’ve been here for about 1.5 years now and I would say I’m most pleased with the quick turnaround time of any maintenance requests that are submitted. Oscar always helps us out and I’m super grateful for the work he does around our place! I’ve also had Jose help us out and he’s great as well. I don’t see Nubia around anymore but she was the property manager who helped us when we first moved in and I loved her, so sincere and genuine! This place has been great to us and parking was probably a challenge in the beginning but we are paying for an additional parking unit which wasn’t too far from our unit. Rent is high but renting houses around the area with the same number of bedrooms is around the same and at least we have access to a pool and a small gym onsite. We will be leaving early next year but have enjoyed our time here greatly!”
