I was a little reluctant to bring my kids given the reputation of being more of a “booze cruise,” but I was pleasantly surprised that people on board were friendly, acted responsibly, and the staff were professional and the captain slowed down at times to explain birds, wildlife, and navigation techniques to those on board. If you don’t own a boat and need a day-trip outing it’s a local option.”
