“what a great auto store. They always have everything I need. My alternator was going bad on the way down 301 so I pulled in and they had the actual alternator that goes to my truck. They let me borrow the tools to installed it and then they let me borrow their jump start box to start my truck and then I was on my way with a brand-new alternator. The technician who did the work I needed was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly up front about what I really needed to do to get my car in tip top shape. (Alignments can be tricky and he nailed it) The shop isn't all shiny and new but I don't go for the show I want good work. Pays close attention to detail, which is rare these days. The whole process was excellent. Not only does he keep you up to date, it feels moreso as a collaborative project. I had no problem giving Sean free-range in doing what he does best. Can’t wait to see him again for the next custom project which includes full detailing, new tires, and vinyl wrap the silver to blacks. He truly is the best at what he does, just plain raw talent.
