“Walmart Vision in La Plata is excellent. Everyone who has helped me there has been kind, professional, and extremely helpful. I wanted to get new lenses put into frames I got from somewhere else, and return the glasses I had originally gotten from Walmart (they did a great job with them, nothing was "wrong," I just didn't like the way they ended up looking on me). They did an exchange for me and even refunded me the difference in price. I went to get my new glasses adjusted and the woman did them perfectly, and even explained what was wrong and how she was going to fix them. My lenses were not smooth and stuck out a little so she told me she was going to get me new ones and fix them up, free of charge. I don't remember her name, but it was a lady with white hair and glasses. And another woman, I believe her name is Karla, was super friendly and helped me out a lot as well. The doctor was also great, I got my eye exam done there, as well. I cannot rave enough about my experiences here!”
