“I called B&B on July 19th and scheduled for a diagnosis. My rental property's AC zoning system (Trane air handler + Honeywell zoning device) wasn't working properly. Prior to contacting them I got quotes from other vendors, one of them (Southern Pride) was asking for $3,000 for a replacement motor, while the other (Dick's) I had to pay $120 for diagnostics and was charging an additional $300 for even more diagnostics ($420 total, repairs not included). I'm glad I called B&B. Their guy was able to get through the causes of the issues and got them fixed in an hour. I would recommend them to anyone who has issues with AC zoning systems.”

“I've always liked coming to Big Lots for gardening equipment (which there's been less of over the years), thrifty food, and car care, and household products. Ever since Aldi showed up I buy much less food here; but I still pick up cooking supplies and hardware here. It's also still a great place for laundry and cleaning needs. I haven't really needed furniture, but I know they have a large selection of comfortable stuff on display. I'll definitely continue shopping here.”
