She has aerobic classes throughout the week, so you can always jump in on the fun for $ 5-10. I Chose the one on one option for three months. Elena is super sweet , but please understand, SHE WILL PUT YOU TO WORRRRK! She was able to spot my weak areas and help improve them. Even though I pouted the whole way through, she encouraged me every step of the way. My goal was to lose at least 10 lbs at the end of three months. I lost 10.5 lbs when it was all said and done. I am completely satisfied with my time at Pretty Fit Fitness. What's cool is even though I am no longer in Waldorf. Elena still checks in with me to make sure I'm on track and offers help If needed!
