I was obviously out of energy but she still remained friendly and professional. Not only was she professional but she went out of her way to offer drinks and offered to give my friend a ride home when he was stuck there because the installation was behind. This woman was also in the back doing work with the installers & going over how the entire new system works, step by step with me to make sure I knew what I was doing.
