Live Better Hearing + Balance

During my visit to ( Live better and hearing) I am really appreciative for the receptionist courtesy of squeezing me in for an appointment.I thought she was very helpful and friendly. The Audiologist was also extremely helpful not only was she professional but to the point in explaining the intricate details of the examination. She had taken the time and care which I am equally Thankful.

Completely satisfied. Everything was explained to me clearly and succinctly. Not only my results, but why and how things work. Just the right level of detail. Felt the provider had empathy for my conditions.

I never write reviews but I felt so compelled to leave one for this place. My baby was needing some testing done and is a little difficult at this age. Both of the girls that I saw were patient and so kind. They weren’t able to get a definite reading so they had me schedule to come back a month later. This time they blocked it off so she could have two staff member to help my daughter, which meant the world to me. My baby still wouldn’t cooperate well enough to get the test they needed, so they allowed me to drive around until she fell asleep. They stayed open for us and made time for us and honestly for an emotional Mom, this meant the world to me. You would think this place was a pediatric hearing place with the love and concern they had for my daughter. They went above and beyond to try multiple times and multiple ways to get the test done before making the decision that she needed to go somewhere else to he sedated... and for that I am ETERNALLY grateful. You can’t go wrong with this place.

ETA: I also really appreciate the receptionist. She’s always friendly and will chat with me a bit and that calms me a bit. I’m always nervous. 😂😂

Lauren was amazing beginning to end! She helped schedule myself and my boyfriend and ended up administering our hearing tests at our appointment. She was very clear and explained every test she was giving and went through the results thoroughly with the both of us. Will definitely be back for any future testing!
